Is online jailbreak possible?

I am quite a bit new to the jailbreak world. Recently I have jailbreak my iDevices (my iPhone and iPad) to get a new third-party application. While I'm searching for the references I found a CydiaCloud site (www.cydiacloud.com) and it says that Jailbreaking is possible online. Is it really possible?
